What we collect
When you fill in the form, we receive the property address, your name, your phone number, your email if you give it, your situation, and which page you sent it from. When you call, text or email us, we receive what you send.
How we use it
We use it to contact you about your property and to make you an offer if you want one. We keep it in our customer records. We do not sell it.
Calls, texts, email and voicemail
The form asks for your agreement, with a box you tick yourself, that we may contact you about your property by phone call, text message, email and ringless voicemail (a voicemail left without the phone ringing), including by automated means. We keep the words you agreed to, with the date, time and page. You can take it back at any time: tell us on a call, reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or email us. Agreeing is not required to get an offer; you can always call or text us instead.
Videos
Videos load from YouTube only when you press play. YouTube's own privacy policy applies to the video player.
